Sub: Revised format for filing of Shipping Bills through floppies.-reg.

Attention of all Exporters / Custom House Agents and other Members of the trade is invited to the P.N No.7/2001 dated 27-02-2001 wherein procedure for filing EGM data through floppy was given and P.N No.22/2001 dated 05-07-2001 wherein procedure for filing IGM through floppy was explained. Following the introduction of several new modules in the intervening period, Directorate of Systems have revised the formats of various customs documents to be submitted in floppies. The detailed guidelines for filing of Shipping Bills through floppy are enclosed herewith. This facility of filing Shipping Bill data through floppy will be introduced in this Custom House with effect from 15-04-2002.
